点评：Well, our little boy passed away just 3 months ago and needless to say, venturing out hasn't happened, Until now. We arranged to meet family at this pub, and it was less than 2 minutes before I questioned our decision to leave home. A 'portly' member of staff wearing a b & w striped top needs to reconsider her position in the customer service industry. If a customer tries to make you smile, it's good to recognise this, more so when the gentleman next to him 'gets it' but feels embarrassed at your obnoxious, cold, attitude. You met a nice person today who literally has no need to feel positive about anything in life at present. Try doing the same. Going through life with a chip on your shoulder isn't a great way forward. It is however, the way to failure. As I said, you need to consider if you're in the right career. Personally, I think not. Infact, I know not.
