We booked online. It was a Sunday morning brunch. On arrival we were asked by Donato staff if the table were going to be late (I had arrived 5 min early) because we only had 1hr15 at the table. Online booking said we can be 20 mins early or late to our booking and didn’t mention 1hr 15 limit. We were rushed the whole time and told numerous times we were to depart by 11:45.
Literally asked to order as we sat down. Food wasn't that great and kids waffle with Nutella and 1 tiny scoop ice cream for $12 was tiny - probably 8cm diameter the waffle was. It was a toddlers meal size not a child's. A side of hash brown cost $5 and it was 1 single hash brown from supermarket.
Then charged a big surcharge (10%) I was finishing my coffee with 5 mins to spare and was told my staff l've got 10 minutes. Sorry but not worth paying a surcharge if you are continuously rushed and the food wasn't great. Disappointing.
