Room was ok, service terrible.

点评：Upon arriving the room was clean, bed was very comfortable, our room had a smart tv, and decent shower. We had travelled from the UK and it was 1am when we arrived and we were desperate for some water and the receptionist wouldn’t give us a bottle of water because the bar was closed. I found it hard to understand refusing a customer some water. Eventually after walking the streets and finding nothing open we returned and begged for some water and were eventually given some! We asked for our room to be cleaned twice during our stay. The first time it had a semi decent clean. Beds and towels were changed (although all towels in hotel seem to be stained which suggests to me they aren’t being washed properly) . The second time we had our room cleaned the bed was made, but sheets were not changed! Dirty towels we had left on the floor were folded and put away as if they were clean! Another thing that shocked us was that one morning we bought some croissants from the bar to eat in our room, however they ended up not being eaten and we returned them to the bar to be binned on a tray with our used cups etc. later that afternoon my husband joked with the bar lady and asked her if the 2 croissants left for sale were ours from the morning, and to our surprise she replied that they were, and asked if we wanted them back. 🥴 those croissants had been sitting in 30 degree heat on our balcony for over an hour, and i don’t know about anyone else, but I certainly wouldn’t want to eat something that another customer had bought taken away, laid outside, then been brought back 🤢
The hotel itself isn’t bad for a budget hotel but the staff are extremely unprofessional, and some of them not very friendly. I can honestly say that service wise it’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed at.

酒店本身对于经济型酒店来说还不错，但工作人员非常不专业，其中一些人不是很友好。我可以诚实地说，就服务而言，这是我住过的最差的酒店。
