点评：What a disappointment!
The best tables in the entire restaurant are the seating outised IN the vineyards. Spectacular views and a very unique experience. But wait… Jean Restaurant completely missed the opportunity.
1. There is no table service, so it is Deli style. Even if you are in the BEST tables in the restaurant and closer to the kitchen/serive desk than most tables.
2. Your R180 pizza (which was good) arrives in a box.
3. Your wine is vollected with a plastic vomit bucket as an ive bucket! Pls people, the worst restaurant world in the dies not even do this. Asking for the normal ice bucket was rejected.
4. You get a plastic cup for a wine glass. I was suprised to see that you think this is a good way to experience the wines from the estate. R55 deposit per wine glass was the alternative beacause people sitting outside to the one side ‘steal glasses’. As if people at the other outside table would not ‘steal’ it.
5. Having coffee with our deserts was the last straw. Jip, paper cups. Not the same cups as the other outside seating. Really!
Jean misses a great opportunity. The BEST tables are the ones in the vineyards. Step up and use the opportunity to make it an unforgettable experience. You are halfway there, so dont mess it up like you currently doing.
If you do proper table service at these tables, you will knock it out the park!
