点评：My review is about their customer service and their attitude. We went there today with a five month old baby. As we entered the place and waited in the area that had a posting “Wait here to be seated” a young lady came and as I asked for a table for four she told us that all tables are booked for now and we are looking for 45 minutes of wait. We accepted to wait and told her that we will wait so please write down our name. She replied: We wont write your name. You have to wait in person if you want a table. I courteously showed her the little baby in the troller and told her that it is cold out and because of the small kid we need to take the baby back in the car and return when our table is ready. She responded No You can’t go and should wait here, It is a first come first served place And you need to wait. It is ok if this is their policy, but the behaviour was very impolite. Right after that, she said “you are in our way” asking us, impolitely, to move out of the way (we were waiting at the sign saying “wait here”). The way everything was communicated was very impolite and offensive.
We were really shocked and could not believe what we experienced so we immediately left the place and dined elsewhere. We had never in our lives experienced such an offensive behaviour and we won’t return to such a place even if they offer the best food in the world.
