点评:The worst experience that I ever had in a hotel. Half of the hotel is under renovation due to which there is dust flying all around. And despite that they are charging the full amount to the customer. While it is not uncommon for hotels to be operational while having renovation going on, but they do call it out on MakeMyTrip/other travel apps. They had not put this disclaimer anywhere. Had they done so, I won't have booked due to asthma patients in my family.
Also, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unapologetic. "Sir refund nahi milega. Aap kar lo Jo karna hai" was the reply that I got. This translates to "Sir we won't provide you with the refund. Do whatever you want to do."
I will never step into any property operated by Kool Stayz. Anyone traveling and planning to stay here should think 10 times before booking.
