Terrible stay in the hotel
里希凯什君悦酒店的点评
点评：The stay in hotel Rishikesh grand was terrible. It was the most uncool place to stay. We booked the hotel 2 months prior but then also we were given the leftover room. The major drawbacks of the room were as follows:
1. The room was smelling badly due to dampness.
2. The room was in 3rd floor and there was no lift.
3. The behavior of the staff members was not at all customer friendly.
4. No hand and bath towels.
5. The bedsheets had spots and when we asked the staff members to change it then they replied that all the bedsheets looks like this only.
6. In the way from reception of the hotel to our room there the environment doesn't felt safe especially for girls.
7. At the time of our visit the pool was very dirty.
8. No electric kettle was available.
In the view of the above drawbacks I would personally never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.
