点评：I've been dining at Soong's Great Wall with my family since childhood, and while the food has always been great, this time, Monica truly made our experience unforgettable.
We chose Soong’s to celebrate my grandmother’s 90th birthday—one of her favorite places. From the moment we arrived, Monica's attention to detail was unmatched. We were seated in a private dining section, and when she noticed that we had forgotten a jacket for Granny, she immediately suggested bringing something to keep her warm. Without hesitation, she returned within minutes, carefully securing a cloth over Granny’s shoulders—a small but deeply thoughtful gesture.
When we inquired about dessert, Monica was quick, informative, and accommodating. She not only listed what was available but also described items we weren’t familiar with. Knowing Granny’s preferences, she suggested a cheesecake and even warmed it slightly to ensure it wouldn’t be too cold for her teeth—a level of thoughtfulness that goes beyond standard service.
Monica was patient, friendly, and incredibly efficient, ensuring our meal was served promptly while making us feel truly cared for. She embodies something more than customer service—she exemplifies genuine servitude.
