点评:Initial customer service upon checking in was wonderful. I enjoyed my cabana and morning walks. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to the airport. I would not recommend the restaurant. The server recommended the bake & shark and I got food poisoning. Unfortunately, the hotel did not even offer a simple Gingerale or medication to assist with my sickness. Management could care less. They referred me to “send an email to the restaurant manager” so that he could “investigate the issue.” I found this quite offensive. As a paying customer, management could have at the very least refunded the meal or offered or offered another complementary meal. To add insult to injury, I requested a taxi and the front desk agent made a sarcastic remark wanting to ensure that I actually needed a taxi as the taxi driver was not happy the initial time she called. The attitude was uncalled for as all I need. It was a taxi. She could’ve said yes or no. This hotel left a bad taste in my mouth.
