Ruth's Chris Steak House的点评
点评：My wife and I were in San Juan, Puerto Rico for a conference and decided to have a light dinner at Ruth’s Chris at the bar. My wife order the steak sandwich and I ordered the cheeseburger. We waited for more than 40 minutes for our food and when it finally arrived our fries were cold, my cheeseburger didn’t have any cheese on it and my wife’s steak sandwich was merely bread and meat. We had to ask for cheese for the cheeseburger and béarnaise sauce for my wife’s sandwich. Service at the bar and host stand were not very friendly and service staff at the bar didn’t come around often and acted like they were “put off” anytime we asked for something. My wife also asked for the Happy Hour red wine that was supposed to be $9, but our waitress offered her a Cabernet instead, but failed to tell her it was $22 per glass. My wife and I have eaten at Ruth’s Chris restaurants in several U.S. cities, including our hometown and never had such a poor experience in either the main dining room or at the bar before. We definitely won’t be eating at this location next time we visit San Juan.
