For our first course, we enjoyed two pastas: the Linguina Spezzetata (broken linguine) and Tuffoli alla Norma. Both were excellent, but the Norma was a standout—absolutely delicious.
For mains, we had the Baccalà in CBT (salt cod cooked low and slow) and the Filetto di Maialino (suckling pig fillet). Both dishes were cooked to perfection, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor.
We ended the meal with their Panna Cotta al Forno, which was truly exceptional. We had heard the desserts here were special, and it did not disappoint.
The wine, recommended by the staff, was also a highlight and paired wonderfully with the meal. The setting—a charming courtyard that makes you feel transported to the Sicilian countryside—only added to the experience.
