点评：I don't come often to Bayamón since it's a busy drive on the oher side of our metro zone, but today it was totally worth it. Located in the renewed Plaza del Mercado, itself a little gem of a place, so clean an colorful with all the kiosks, Doña Ana is where you come to have the tendered, most savory beefsteak with onions you can ask for. Lose the knife, you can cut it with a fork. Garnish it with your choice of tostones, amarillos, mofongo, msmposteao rice, or my choice today, white rice and habichuelas guisados, it will take you back. Wfe had a pastelón de yuca filled with ground meat, also very good. They have a very complete Criollo menu, so be adventurous. Service was excellent, they have great waitstaff. Food arrived hot at the table, which does not often happen. Bayamon is the quintessential bedroom town, not an Old San Juan or even a Santurce, but this restaurant is a winner, schedule a detour you won't regret.
