机场套房酒店的点评
点评：On the arrival everything went smooth and the first impression was okay, until the night, when you could hear the people talk next door through the walls and had to move rooms. There was also a strange smokey smell, which I don't know if it was from next door or from everyone smoking by the entrance.
The new room, nr5, brought even more strange experiences, like the hot water not working in the shower, miss functioning toilet, and a cockroach in bed at 4.30am!
Misleading advertising:
Kitchen didn't work and no breakfast included, not even tea or coffee in the room as stated.
The swimming pool was quite dirty and not appealing to take a dip in.
The material couches in the main hall are stained from the dirt.
And you have to pay 10usd if you want to leave to the the airport on the times the taxi isn't going.
So much for the complimentary ride!
Staff is as helpful as they can be, but I believe the problem is comming from higher up.
