点评:Today being Friday and WFH we decided to have lunch at BT. The specific menu lunch with a beer - $20. Hubby ordered a chicken parmi which was cut in half and only half was served to him, which was bite size. How lazy on the chef part. Wife ordered steak well done with mushroom sauce and only salad. It came with salad and chips, and the steak was bite size. The mushroom sauce was thick like pudding and cold. We really did not come there to eat canapes! This was like a $10 meal. Very poor quality on the chef's part. Maybe the chef should visit some of the pubs in Brisbane and get some training from there. (EG:- backpackers pub opp central stn - much better tasty food double the quantity and same price}. If you are running out of food do not cut the portion. If you do not have love for cooking seek another career, however just lost two regular customers. 5 stars for the ambience. 1.5 stars for the food!
