点评：We visit this establishment a lot and the food, drinks and service has always been excellent. I should have written a review for them already I know.
We visited quite early so the restaurant wasn’t so busy and the food and drinks were fantastic as per usual but the only thing lacking is the service. Our welcome and drink order that was taken was lovely and brought to us quickly with a smile and extra care as always. This was one of the younger staff members (when I say young I mean college age). Recently food orders have been taken by an older gentleman and he seems to be the only one. Very rushed, lacks interest and no care. I hate to say it but a tad “grumpy”. Before the younger staff members were also taking food orders who are always welcoming and take the extra time, patience and always seem happy. I know we all have our bad days but this isn’t the first time and seems to be a change that’s happened. We will still definitely carry on visiting but bring back the service with a smile please.
