点评：A quaint small and comfortable hotel with restaurant, literally on the beach. Located on the ‘main strip’ of Tolo so everything is only minutes away, restaurants, supermarkets, laundries etc. Parking can be an issue as Arcadia has no parking space and street parking is the only opportunity. We were there on the shoulder of the season so had no problem finding one right outside the hotel. At high season parking possibly 10-15 mins away, by the harbor.
The room is not large though good enough for two. The bed is firm just as we like it. There is a fridge and a water boiler. The bathroom is fairly large, with a good shower. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated, a per the theme of the hotel. The best of course is the generous balcony with good chairs, overlooking the bay. The hotel restaurant has a good selection of delicacies, too many to mention. Obviously liked as the restaurant was quite busy.
Lastly, the owners were the kindest and most considerate ever. We truly enjoyed our 2 week stay.

最后，酒店的老板非常友善、体贴。我们非常享受这两周的住宿。
