点评：Went to the fox and hounds today for a meal for my Step sons birthday, we waited over 70 minutes for our food, when asked how long it was going to be, we were told “all of the tables turned up at the same time”. The resteraunt wasn’t even busy and we pre-booked our 2pm table.
After waiting what seemed like an eternity, and a lot of excuses; we got our meals, they were not what was stated on the menu, we paid for 3x extra boats of mash potato, as it was stated on the menu the meals came with roasts. However they all came with mash and not roasts. We were charged for them anyway prior to eating which you’d think they would know what came on the plate or if they were low on certain foods that were supposed to be included in the meal.
The birthday Boys meal came as a kids portion when we ordered an adults and came with no mash. When questioned the waitress just said “it’s because we’ve ran out”. But never stated this when handing the dinners out. It was just given to him in hopes we wouldn’t notice.
For the price of the meal it was very basic. Definitely wasn’t worth the money or time waiting for it. Don’t think any of us will be in a rush to go back.
