We had Broiled seafood platters. There was not a bad thing on our plate. Great food , atmosphere and service. The portions are large enough to have left overs. Worth the visit!
For those that are not familiar, Mike Anderson's is a chain seafood restaurant with main HQ in Baton Rouge. The seafood at this place is just plain delicious. We ate here two days because my son is a bit picky and it was on the way to/from our hotel in the Warehouse District. My son had red beans and rice... 更多
The oysters are fresh, and the food is very good! I ate here after a long flight and finding out my room at the Hilton wasn't ready yet! This is one of the places that has a door exiting outside so you can have food and drinks overlooking the Mississippi River. Enjoy the signature dishes that Mike's has on the menu along with the customary local ones. A great variety of choices to handle most palates.
Decided to try because the food look good for a mall food court and served regional food. We opted to try the alligator and fried okra. After persuading the children to try they absolutely loved them both! Will definitely go again.
I tried the grilled shrimp platter which included the dirty rice. It was very good and I got to experience the local flavors. Reasonably priced.
We stopped by for a quick lunch and were craving for Cajun food...well the shrimps, gumbo, okra, or beans were good, nothing out of this world but just what we needed it and not very pricey.
I used to go to their location on Bourbon Street prior to Katrina. Although this is a fast food restaurant, the quality of the food is as good as it was at their sit-down restaurant. The food is excellent, quick, and a good price.
