We went there twice during our staying in Dusit Thani, the bar is located near the pool and the beach and is a good place to enjoy the sunset view. Carl was our server and is really kind, he suggested us to visit the Two Lovers Point and told us a lot about the basic information of Guam, which is really helpful to us.
