Southern food, good service, and they even have my wife'said favorite, sweet ice tea!!! Can't beat a deal like that!
I was traveling Dickerson Road to avoid the traffic jam on I-65 during rush hour and I remember it as a Pizza Inn back in the 70's. So, I decided to bring friends for lunch the next day. This is the first time I have visited this place and I must say it is a little difficult to park, but... 更多
I ate here with 2 friends after work. I had roast beef with white beans, squash casserole and baked apple. The food was good enough for me to eat every morsel and mop the plate with the excellent bread. A great place for hungry locals and travellers alike. Good value for money.
Loved our server! Very kind and knowledgeable about the menu! Get one of the specials! Great eggs, biscuits, gravy, and potato cubes. Husband got the pancakes and they had very little flavor (even with blueberries and syrup), so maybe stay away from those. Otherwise, great breakfast!
Thanks to our hotel staff they recommended this local eatery that serves up a great meal like you would expect to get at home. Staff was great and just made us feel like we were sitting down at our own table at home. Wonderful food.
Only been once but as it is in my neighborhood, I will probably a regular. Hate to say it Charlie Bob's but they beat you in food, service and ambiance by a country mile! Simple fare as one would expect but made and served with care. Bacon, eggs, hash browns, biscuit and gravy with coffee for less than $7.50.
Good food, family owned. Near I65. We have been to Jay's for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Simple, American cooking. Well seasoned, large portions, and reasonable prices.
