8 Lb. Stuffed Chicago Pie
Nothing delicate about this 16" monster... A layer of French crust, lots of cheese, the ingredients of your choice (choose as many as you dare, this one is best with 5 or more items), more cheese and a second layer of crust. This is then baked to a light golden brown and topped with our lovely red sauce and returned to the oven for a bit longer. Call ahead ONLY; this one takes an hour and a half to cook.

A great choice, even if you don't "have" to. **For those with serious allergies: We make every effort to be mindful of wheat contamination when handling these orders by using specific prep peels, utensils and gloves. However, ALL of our pizzas are prepared in the same make area and cooked in the same brick oven. Please take this into consideration when you order. We do not wish to misrepresent or misinform.
