When people ask me where to go eat in Traverse City, I say Georgina's. The food is fresh, original, and consistently amazing.
The food was amazing. Each plate was enough for at least two people. It was delicious and most of the dishes can be made vegetarian. The sweet potato fries with balsamic and aioli were like crack, we couldn't stop eating them. SO good! The service was very friendly. The only issue we had was it's very noisy and crowded. It's... 更多
This is a fusion-style restaurant. The music was cheerful and got everyone's toes tapping. We enjoyed Spanish-style calamari, a Nicaraguan yucca and pork dish, garlicky chicken a la plancha, and bibimbap. All delicious! As well as the Sangria.
It was an odd combination of food to have on a menu together of Asian and Latin. That being said staff made great recommendations, quality of food was great and had an awesome pineapple mojito ! Steak skewers with sweet potato were our favorites
When I first visited for dinner last summer I gave Georginas a five star rating. This time, a three. The yuca appetizer ($12) consisted of fried yuca, floating in a bowl of grease. We heard good reviews about this place and were excited to try it. Headed over for lunch today. Ordered Crab Rangoon and it was priced at $12. We figured it was high priced because it listed shrimp and lump crab. Well, we got 3 and there wasn't a sea creature to be found! It was just peppered cream cheese. Seriously!... 更多

That in itself makes Georgina's worth a visit. As for quality, I found everything fresh and done well. The space was very chic and with the movie theater right across the street in the... 更多
Had the Vaca Frita, nice braise on the beef with onions, rice, fried plantain, and a cup of black beans(which were way to sweet for my taste). Wife had onion jam tacos with pork on soft corn shells. Both meats were very tender and spiced well. With 1 glass of red wine, +/-$40. Service was excellent.
