Next to a boat storage facility and on a canal leading to the open water, this one those cool Florida bar and restaurant to while away the day over a bucket of beers and eat sea food while the world passes by on the water.
We love going to Fish Tales on Sundays for what they call Power Hour. About 10 items off the menue is slashed in price. Wonderful drink specials get you in a wonderful mood then comes out your slashed prised luch. A hit.
This had to be the worst service I have ever had in a restaurant, with so many choices of casual places to eat Fish Tales will not be on my list anymore. Our waiter was way over he head the place was pretty busy after we were served our beverage and sandwich which was cold it took the waiter at least 15... 更多
Wait time was good was seated quickly. she took are drinks right away but, then waited for order to be taken. she said she was new so we were patient, the food did come out and everyone was happy about the main course.but, they do need to work on the clam chowder.
We are local residents and decided to eat here after riding our bicycles and visiting the fresh market in downtown St Pete. We sat at a booth(which when we looked on the shelf where the knicknacks were at there was rat poop everywhere) and our server did not identify himself but took our drink order and did not return for... 更多
One of the most casual, relaxing places to get a seafood meal. The menu isn't extensive, but the food is good solid fair. Two women having lunch; didn't have the service problems mentioned, but it is definitely a laid back kind of place. Love sitting right on the water.
I've eaten at Fish Tales about 10 times since January. Although the food is really good, the service, or lack thereof, could make one lose one's appetite. It's not just that the service is slow - it is - but the atmosphere is conducive to relaxing and waiting. However, once the food is delivered/slid across the table (note, I am... 更多
I visit here regularly for Happy Hour either alone or with friends and Power Hour Sundays with my wife. Service can be so so depending on the waitress but is generally good, however, due to the large number of people on Sunday's service can be extremely slow. Can't complain about happy hour draft prices and the boating atmosphere is great.
If you are looking for somewhere to go very casual with good food, this is your place. Theexceptional dishes are their Loaded Nachos and 7 Pepper Wings and the Seafood Chowder. The drinks are generous, and they carry a few local beers. All in all, one of those "Where do you want to go,/" I dunno, let's go to Fish... 更多
