Waiters are rude food is below average and the service sucks. Only two positives are the location super close to the new downtown square and it's really easy to get a table.
We had a great family dinner at Tex Wasabi's while visiting in Santa Rosa. The BBQ sandwiches with brisket meat were delicious, as were the side servings of coleslaw salad and potato salad. The sushi platters were very tasty and filling. Service was great and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice. I would recommend this restaurant while you... 更多
I've been for lunch a few times since I live nearby. The food options are a little odd. The barbecue is just average as is the sushi. It also smells a little musty in here. The miso soup is wildly variable, from very good to awful. It is entertaining to sit at the bar and watch music videos and sports... 更多
We stopped here on a Sunday for lunch and it wasn't packed. Our waiter was great and friendly. We ordered the California Crunchy, the Big Dipper and Real Deal Turkey Sandwich with garlic fries. My son devoured the CA Crunchy. The sandwiches were quite tasty and I had to bring half of the turkey sandwich home as it was very... 更多
I enjoy watching DDD so when we went to Santa Rosa on a business trip we had to try Tex Wasabi. We are not much a meat people so we got a couple of sushi rolls. I have to say I have had better. The only thing that was really good were to 2 tuna appetizer tacos. They were so... 更多
I've been to Tex Wasabi's several times over the years and I finally realized it's not really that good. I would think our local Guy Fieri could do better..his cookbooks are killer!!
We were so excited to be able to get a table here only to find out where the locals know- not to eat here! His reputation far outstrips the quality of food. The sushi was OK, nothing great, in fact, my local grocery store does a better roll! The hamburgers were huge and had interesting toppings, but the meat itself... 更多
One of the most exciting menus I have ever seen in a texmex fusion restaurant, but they just can't seem to pull it off. The food was surprisingly bland, although far from bad. After some of their high powered cocktails the food is probably much better!
I would have never chosen Tex Wasabi's on my own and was suspicious about the quality having had a poor experience at Guy Fieri's other restaurant "Johny Garlic's," not to mention the unlikely combination of cuisines offered. Our friends chose the place so went along prepared for the worst. As one would expect the menu is a mix of classic... 更多
