We found this place just, "ok", not great. Would not return given the other options in town, like Oceanside Seafood.
Our last night in town and we wanted takeout. The menu is extensive with great variety of platters and al-a-cart. I had 1/2 pound steamed shrimp. They were seasoned perfectly and easy to peel. The broiled stuffed flounder was great, tender flounder and a large amount of crab in the middle, little filler. They baked potato was done well and... 更多
We got carry out for dinner and everything we ordered was fresh and cooked to perfection. It was so delicious that my husband and I stopped there the next day for lunch and had salmon burgers. Best salmon burger, hands down, of any I've ever had anywhere. The burger was pure unadulterated salmon - not sure what they used to... 更多
Great Takeout seafood place! Blackened Group was moist, well seasoned and delicious. Shrimp Cocktail was as it should be - crisp and fresh! Lobster Dinner was great. Service - friendly and quite accommodating as we walked in on night 2 just a few moments before closing. The ladies at the counter were delightful to talk with as we waited for... 更多
My family and I vacation in Avalon every summer. We always get take out for dinner at Avalon Seafood. The lobster roll is fabulous, along with the rest of the seafood. You won't regret ordering from here!
This is primarily a carry-out restaurant, which prefers virtually any seafood any way you want it. In particular, we picked up 5 pounds of steamed shrimp with Old Bay (what else being a Marylander?) Shrimp were done perfectly loaded with spices, and ready on time. We pre-ordered earlier in the say so as not to wait. We've had seamed shrimp... 更多
A well- staffed, busy take out place. Great selection of fresh seafood. I had the grouper , yum-yum and also liked the cole slaw recipe and the key lime pie.
No Fillers - 5oz. of Maryland Style Crabcake $15.95. Just delicious! There are red and green peppers in the crab and a panko crust on top. It sits on tomato. I took the crabcake, coleslaw, and corn on the cob (sweet and crispy, not soggy) to the beach for al fresco dining.
We stopped here to pick up clams for one evening. Some of us like them raw and others like them steamed so we took them home to prepare. The men we very pleased that the clams were quite "clean" with little sand. That's a good sign. The prices are in line with the other seafood markets on the island. There... 更多
