Pote Cheio, as it once existed (typical Portuguese food/tapas) is now a (yet another) sushi restaurant.
Unfortunately that is all you can say about it. Arrogant staff/owner, awful high prices comparing with other even better locals. This is just a no-go place. Oh yes, there is nice view from the top floor. So everything which is outside of this place is good...
Portimao old town seems to be dying on its feet, so it is great to have such a tapas bar in the center. Three floors, including an open roof terrace looking over the old square make this perfect for balmy evenings. Great service and a decent tapas menu available until late. I am really happy that this restaurant has reopened, it was one of our favourite restaurants and was the first Portuguese restaurant we had ever visited and that was over 7 years ago!
