Nice place with afordable quality food and really good service. Inside not noisy at all. Try the scaloppine.
Ate here after we were unable to find the restaurant we had researched. Food was fine but service was deplorable. As noted by others, a mysterious 10 percent charge was added in the middle of the itemized bill - according to our waiter, a tax and not for service. If you're in the area, a better meal with far better... 更多
Arrived early evening in Rome and needed somewhere to eat with me and group of 6. We grabbed a taxi to the main piazza and decided to head down a side street for something a little more off the main thoroughfare and came to a family run restaurant La Scaletta! It was just wonderful- the owner and his sons really... 更多
The cuisine is really delicious, the staff is very engaging (their English is very good) and the ambiance is nice. We had been their before a few years ago and if anything the experience has improved. It's on a back street quite near the Piazza Navona. Worth a little effort to find it.
Food was not good. One of the pasta dishes we ordered was Asian noodles, not pasta. Husband ordered a bourbon and ginger ale. A glass of bourbon and gin came out. Honest mistake, but when asked to fix it, they just tipped half the mistake/alcohol mixture into a glass and made us pay €7 to add Coca Cola. Horrendous. The... 更多
Every time we come to Rome, we come at least once to this good place. The food is nice and the owner and waiters are very friendly. You get the time to eat and talk. Never once got the impression we had to leave once our meal was consumed like in so many restaurants close to piaza navona. We recommend... 更多
The grigliata mista pesce, mixed seafood, is served at a price pr 100 g and cost the total of 48 euro . The grilled squid was burnt and overcooked, the prawns were so so, the salmon overcooked, but the seabass was fine. In total completely overprized and overcooked.........a total disapointment.
All the food was delicious and also one of the few places you can get osso buco at a reasonable price. The patio was cozy and the staff was friendly
After a long day of walking around the Eternal City, we were looking for a place to have a nice meal and a drink. When walking past La Scaletta, we stopped to gaze at their menu. The immediate hard sell should have been a clue, but it is honestly not atypical for Italy. The owner was very attentive, but we... 更多
