Nice little quirky place to visit if you are near Euston. Very good service and friendly staff. I would recommend the oxtail and jerk chicken with Jollof rice
4 friends looking for somewhere good to eat on the way back from a day out in London. The African Kitchen came well recommended and didn't disappoint. the owner was so nice - he even opened up half an hour early so we could eat and comfortably catch our train!. The menu is straight forward and we chose 4 different... 更多
Absolutely brilliant. A lovely, tiny hole in the wall dining space with great natural lighting. Service was great, quick and helpful (describing food and giving recommendations). The food is reheated but this did not lower the quality at all, everything was delicious! The free-range chicken was moist and perfect with beautiful sauce, the rice was excellent and the plantain and... 更多
Meal was great - particularly the goat curry. But also the owner was so nice, he really went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue that came up during my visit. Atmosphere was so nice and homely. Definitely making this one of my regulars.
Good food at a reasonable price. The owner is really attentive and very friendly. The restaurant is quirky and homely and very clean. Definitely worth a visit!
Antonio provided amazing food and service. Quite an experience as a fellow Western African, I can attest that I would recommend the food to anyone and go back anytime, from anywhere. We had the jollof rice, the specials of that day; the chick peas in ginger curry accompanied by a chicken stewed with coconut. On top of that, Antonio provided... 更多
We dropped by here for a quick lunch after reading the reviews. What a great place! Only five tables, so it's quite a personal experience. It is also a gallery of African art, lots of carved masks and sculpture. Good work, all for sale and not expensive. We ordered a beer and home made ginger beer and were given some... 更多
A small, friendly restaurant offering a range of African dishes all of which offer something different to the normal. There's a good veggie choice and do try the home made Ginger Beer!
Easily the best food and the best atmosphere of any restaurant I visited in London. Antonio was the kindest person I met in all of my travels, and made me feel right at home the second I stepped in. The food was affordable, and fit every dietary restriction I have and more. I can't recommend it highly enough!
