Not as famous as Sacré Coure or Notre Dame, yet the architecture is very impressive. It's a short walk from the Gare du Nord station. Even if the church is closed, there is place to sit outside and admire it's grandeur.
friends knew we were walking the Canal Saint-Martin and they made a strong recommendation to walk to Square Saint-Laurent to view and then spend some quality time in a very special church that had been built in the Gothic Style and had an historic monument destination.. time spent here was very special.. we were here for quite a while viewing...
Located just down the road from its larger cousin, on rue Saint Martin, stands this slightly small arch, inspired by the Arch of Titus in Rome. Built in the late 1600’s as a monument to
Louis XIV, victories.
