Brand new small hotel well located in Midtown. Close to Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station. Very small lobby with few seating but complimentary tea and coffee (and even cookies). We travelled with a friend, so we can compare 2 types of rooms. The standard King room is very small. No place to open a suitcase, and small bathroom with no space to put a vanity case or even your toiletries. The Premier King room is much better in terms of space , especially the bathroom, but still no luggage stand. We had some issues with the A/C that was pretty noisy, but the hotel by itself is very quiet. The breakfast room located in the basement with no windows is also very small ( roughly 20 seats), so it can be difficult to access during peak hours. Complimentary Breakfast itself is simple but good with choice of pastries, eggs, juice and yoghurt. When we checked in at 4pm, our room was not ready and we had to wait for more than an hour in the small lobby with cold draft each time the doors opened. So not the best experience! Nevertheless, the staff was very nice and helpful. …
We were very pleased with our stay. The staff at the reception desk was friendly and welcoming, and they kindly assigned us a room not facing the street (I'm very sensitive to street noise etc). Everything looked new and well designed. The room was small, but it had everything we needed. Breakfast is included, served in the basement, a decent but not extravagant selection. The hotel is just a few blocks from Times Square but far enough away that you escape the hubbub.
We arrived late on a Tuesday. Staff was so friendly and informative (Unlike many NYC hotels). They recommended a great dinner place. Rooms were larger than many NYC hotels and pricing was reasonable. The room was kept immaculately. Beds were comfortable as were the pillows. We had 5 pillows on a king sized bed. Elevators ran quickly and quietly. I would definitely return and recommend this location to my friends. If I have one small recommendation, the bathroom has terrible lighting for putting on make-up. This could easily be fixed if they added a small light up retractable mirror on the wall. Coffee and tea and cookies are available most of and the time in the lobby, White the breakfast was free, the breakfast was not good. Part of the reason we visit NYC is for the food, but you can get frozen bagels like those served anywhere in the country. We wound up going out to breakfast every day.…
Clean room and the fact that all the staff is friendly and helpful. It comes with complementary breakfast which is a great help to start your day. They serve freshly baked cookies in the evening 🥰🥰🥰 The location is excellent , it takes you 10 mins talk to Bryant park , and 5 mins to Broadway if you plan to watch the show.
