很棒的酒店,地理位置优越,靠近大型百货公司。酒店大堂旁的靛蓝餐厅提供美味的食物和咖啡。房间干净,WiFi使用良好。物有所值,房间宽敞,床铺舒适。我们在那里过得很愉快。

Dear Mr. Shanaka, Please accept my sincere apologies that we have inadvertently managed to detract so much from what I otherwise hope would have been a most enjoyable stay with us. I hope We took good care of you whilst you were waiting and that you were made as comfortable as possible. Having had the opportunity to review our communication with you regarding a breakfast coupon we believed was genuinely miscommunication I can see that this could, and should, have been handled more sensitively. There was no respect to point any problem with guests but rather to help us ensure that our own service procedures were being properly followed. In hindsight we should not have troubled you with such enquiries and I very much regret the impression this created. We have a meeting and training for the receptionist. Already in the matter of friendly service. We are committed to not only taking the best care of our guests whilst they are with us but also in the way that we communicate post stay. Your feedback is most appreciated and please rest assured that we have taken your comments very much on board and will ensure we are much more thoughtful and sensitive in dealing with such matters in future. 我男友想去曼谷短途游,为纪念我们的周年日预订个酒店,最终选择这家酒店,很满意。真是一个宜人的酒店,氛围现代,很棒。酒店附近有很多吃饭的地方和超市。可以步行到码头,大约5分钟吧。船只能带你到很多目的地,当然不会有塞车情况。那儿公交站大约三分钟一趟公交。酒店员工很友好。我们要特别感谢下班克(一个早餐部的员工),服务出色,让我们的早餐物有所值。住这儿身心愉悦,一定会再去的。

这是我第二次入住这家酒店,而它仍然是该地区的第一名!:) 我要特别提一提早餐工作人员。我曾在华沙一家在TripAdvisor上排名第一的酒店工作很多年,所以我很清楚好的服务应该是什么样子,但这家酒店工作人员的服务更是格外用心的好。这里的服务绝对是最棒的,我从来没有见过这样总是面带微笑和坦诚的人。他们让我一整天都很开心!非常感谢你们!:) 唯一的一点是,酒店有点老旧了,老化速度也很快,从我的经验来看最好是尽早翻新,而不要等到全都不成样子了再翻新。:)
