Travelling on a budget during holiday. Location wasn't the best and although wifi was available, the connection inside our room was terrible. The rooms were old fashioned but cute. Not the most amazing experience but we were out all the time and was okay for...更多
+ good location (30 min walk to Duomo, near train Station Firenze Statuto), air conditioning, nice people

We stayed here for two nights. It's cheap hostel and it has good localization - more or less 15-25 minuts from the old center of Florence. It has free wi-fi connection. The rooms are a bit vintage-old-fashined but are quite good. The staff was friendly.
It was a fine place to stay, no windows however but a nice air conditioning. The bathroom had a "shower" that wasn't much to speak of... really close to Firenze Statuto amd walking distance to the city center was ok
Santa Maria Novella train station welcomes the majority of the people arriving in Florence, which might explain the hectic pace. Commuters and tourists come across the constant hustle and bustle of the station before exiting, taking a few steps and stopping amazed in Piazza di Santa Maria Novella. It is impossible not to admire the the square, housing one of the most charming basilicas in Florence. The
area has plenty of local spots to taste Tuscan specialties, but don’t stop in the main streets alone; the narrower side streets always ensure satisfaction. The huge Parco Delle Cascine provides a solution to the need for a green area as well as a historic welcome in the form of a bronze statue of King Vittorio Emanuele II riding a horse.
