我是使用Hilton App预定,因为是Hilton钻石卡会员习惯用这个方式,但是预定出现扣款失败的问题,同样方式在其他Hilton饭店没有这样的问题,同一张信用卡也成功支付我在巴黎的酒店,我不知道为什么扣款失败,知道问题后联系发卡银行并请酒店重新再交易即可,但依旧不成功,但发卡银行表示没看到酒店再交易,此外,酒店要求我电话联系他们但他们有我的电话号码却不联系我,中间还怀疑我是冒用身分预定,整个过程其实很不舒服。 柜台服务只有办理入住的女士态度很好,还帮我们换英镑,但是很抱歉我忘记她名字,可能是Zoe吧,住了6天但后面几天很可惜没再见到她,其他柜台人员服务很一般。整体服务很被动,我预定房的时候留言想预定他们屋顶餐厅跨年,入住隔天想到再咨询,Zoe表示需要500英镑而另一位男生立刻说已经订满了,这没关系,但是饭店没有提及过我的餐厅预定不成功这件事,此外1/1有游行附近封路交通被影响,我在12/31询问late checkout 2-3小时,柜台的女士表示要隔天早上她才能确认,但是1/1都没有任何通知所以我再去柜台询问,而和我说屋顶餐厅预定已满的同一位先生则告知我他最多只能给我1小时。在Top roof吃早餐,带位的柜台人员都非常有礼貌,但服务人员只和外国脸孔聊天,亚洲脸孔很少互动,我把先生的咖啡点成了茶,茶还没上先生说他要咖啡,服务人员说我点的是茶,但先生说要换咖啡,他表情就不太开心。房间整体很干净,床很舒适,浴室shower空间小了一点,我先生185的身高洗澡时容易撞到门而水会流出来。入住的记忆最好的是其他房客,在电梯或房客都非常友善也会简短聊天,彼此祝福新年快乐。

Your comments and thoughts are great value and support to us. I was disappointed to read about the experience you had during your booking process. I have already shared your feedback with the Reservations department which will review the case internally to avoid any similar situation. I am terribly sorry that you were not able to participate at our New Year’s eve party. Due to a very high demand, we have restricted the Rooftop entrance with a limited ticket entry policy to let all our attendees to enjoy better the party. Furthermore, I am very sorry that you have encountered some challenges during your breakfast, I will make sure to pass on your feedback to our Food and Drink Manager who will investigate and follow up with involved team members. My apologies if our Front Desk team was not able to extend your late checkout as requested due to very high occupancy of the hotel on New Year's day, however, I am happy to read that our team has still managed to extend slightly late your checkout time. I am also thrilled to learn that our Front Desk was was very helpful. I will pass on your nice comment about the good quality of the cleanliness in our rooms to our Housekeeping Manager who will share it with team. 1. 在check in时,已经感觉柜台人员的态度极差,一副晚娘脸,极为冷漠且不友善。 2. 在收取入住保证金时,不愿意收现金,执意要我们过信用卡并签名。这个动作,在我们check out时,我们向柜台反应,既然饭店已确认我没有欠款,我需要柜台刷退保证金或可退还当初保证金的签单或销毁。 人员只告知我,饭店不会收费,只会占信用额度!这种口说无凭拿着我签名的刷卡单,说他们不会请款?对客户权益本身就是一种风险,不明白饭店的居心? 3. 我们跟饭店要几片柠檬片加在水里,竟然收了8块英镑!不可思议! 4. 我们请饭店帮我们叫计程车,柜台居然要我们跟着,结果带着我们走去外面路边拦车! 5. 一个号称5星集的饭店,我们请饭店多提供一些饮用水,住了五天,答应的水却从来没有送来。我们不喝气泡水,请他们都提供我们非气泡水,只有当下换,隔天又来气泡水,再提醒,隔天又还是气泡水.... 以上种种,我真的觉得这样的服务真是烂透了! 我不会再入住,我也不会推荐别人入住,我也会阻止别人入住!

Regarding the credit card deposit, we do require an authorisation upon arrival to cover incidentals and extras, this amount is always releasing once the booking is checked out from our system. 我和我丈夫在这里住了一晚,如果我们的日程安排允许的话,我们会很高兴地在这里住上一段时间。酒店距离地下购物、餐馆、秀场都很近,步行可以到。它靠近伦敦许多必须要去的地方。大厅既现代化又干净。我们没有在旅馆吃饭,但餐馆看起来很好,很忙。我们的房间很漂亮,布置得很好。所有的东西都很干净,迷你冰箱里放满了水、果汁、苏打水、牛奶,甚至饼干都是免费赠送的,这是一个不错的加分项。房间里有个人使用的iPad或订购房间设施,这很酷,但别忘了关掉屏幕,否则光线会在午夜把你吵醒。
