Wir haben im hier im Rahmen unserer Rundreise 1 Nacht verbracht. Es ist eine sehr schönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Homestay! Das Zimmer war groß und sauber und hatte in unserem Fall auch ein eigens Bad. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und herzlich so das man sich sofort willkommen gefühlt hat! Frühstück und Abendessen waren typisch philippinisch. An sich liegt das Homestay abgelegen. In der Umgebung befinden sich lediglich ein paar einheimischen Läden. Es ist der idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Tour zum Vulkan. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

I wanted to book a Mt. Pinatubo tour from them. I sent them a deposit via PayPal as they requested. Only then did they notify me that I also have to compensate them for the PayPal transaction fee. This fee is not even visible on the payment sender's side. So basically, they expected ME to pay their financing expenses after giving me no other payment options. When I mentioned this to them they blamed me for not reading their instructions, and the correspondence became extremely unpleasant. It wasn't the amount of money lost as much as the terrible attitude. I felt uncomfortable with the whole thing and asked them to cancel it. But, instead of refunding the amount I paid, they just sent the amount net of the PayPal fee, so I ended up paying the fee twice just to get part of my money back, and with no tour booking. Do yourself a favor and find another operator.

We are expecting that you will definitely MAKE A BAD REVIEW and say all the bad things about us because inspite of the threat you made, we told you to go ahead when we did not grant your demand to be refunded more than the amount the company received. The company before accepting any deposit from guest/s, an email is being sent to them to REVIEW THE TOUR DETAILS,TERMS AND POLICY and PAYMENT OPTIONS- which you as a guest must read before making any payment. It is very regrettable that you did not read the email sent to you to avoid any miscommunication. It is well stipulated in the email where you can make payment. Part of the email message SENT to liora1709@gmail.com and via FB conversation was as follows WHEREIN PAYMENT OPTIONS WHERE CLEARLY STATED ( you were claiming no other payment options were offered ) Send deposit ** PAYPAL -ONLY THE NET AMOUNT WE RECEIVE WILL BE DEDUCTED OR USING CREDIT CARDS MUST BE FULL PAYMENT ** BDO ** CEBUANA LHUILLIER,LBC and WESTERN UNION We emailed you that the NET DEPOSIT SHOULD BE PHP 1400 BUT since the company only received Php 1323.40, therefore, this net amount was the amount deducted from the total tour amount. After an email voucher was sent to you,you then demanded to cancel and that we return to you the amount which we did not receive and asking additonal amount of Php 76.60 If only we can send here the SCREENSHOT of the conversation, it was YOU who is making demand and threatening the staff inspite of the polite answer of the staff. REVIEWS should not be ONE-SIDED. We have enough proof via email that everything is well communicated to you and proof of exchange of conversation that you were the one who is very impolite,demanding and threatening to the staff who accommodated you patiently. DO WE NEED TO POST THESE AS WELL? Things could have been resolved properly if only you were POLITE in asking rather than making demands. Hope next time you booked any tour to anyone, PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ THE COMMUNICATION BEING SENT.
