Who would have thought that you can produce great wine on a tropical country? The process of creating this master piece is very interesting. You get the chance to taste the wine and understand the process. Definitely a must go!
In this country we are not used to local wine. It's a nice surprise to find this vineyard. One of the best wine tours. Nice settings, live music and cheese and ham platters to try the wines. We taste a Reserved Cabernet Sauvignon really amazing. This is a must for gourmet travelers.
Getting there is not easy, we thought we were lost :D The winery tour with wine tasting at the end was very nice. The hammock in the vineyard was even better!
It was worth the time to struggle with the Spanish only tour to find out how they grow grapes with out seasons and get 3 crops in two years. Very good white wine (Sauvignon Blanc) and pretty good Cab.
Beautiful property, and the cleanest equipment room for making the wine I have ever seen. It was "off" season so not making any wine but still very clean and a lovely setting. The wine was decent, wish they would give smaller samples of all their wines instead of just one big sample of one of the wines.
