where the world land speed record attempts took place the Museum is interesting. Beware if a red flag is flying as it is MoD land so you can only walk on part of the sands. I thought it meant do not swim and as the tide was out did not understand why it was flying.......I was soon told.
This was part of a link to Morfa Bay Activities who went sea kayaking and surfing there . A long sandy beach when the tide is out few cafe s just scattered along the front for a cup of tea or bacon butty, i think there was a pub as well as small prom with a few benches easy chargeable... 更多
The caravan we stayed in was comfortable,spacious and well eqiipped.A very good place to stay for exploring this very beautifull area, a short drive to laugharne where Dylan Thomas wrote under milk wood, amroth, wisemans bridge( where you,ll find a beautifull woodland walk) Tenby and Saundersfoot.Also visit the museum of speed and see car called babs that parry jones attempted... 更多
When your there it is so nice there is a walking bit to go to a rocky beach but the only problem is that there is a firing range and a certain time at night.It is amazing for small waves and can be 2 metres high amazing for picnicked and there is a shop right there.
We are currently at pendine sands now its our first full day and we already cant wait to go home. We are not stayin until fri and have decided to leave tomoro. It has to be the worst park we have stayed at. No internet unless you buy it No phone signal. Entertainment is appalling. Pool is small and basic.... 更多
