A cathedral in such a small village? Yes, because it is the birthplace of a pope. It isn't the most richly-decorated cathedral but is is historically significant. SOme interesting detail. Limited opening hours but well worth the effort.
2 Euro admission per persn. Very interesting duomo at the far end of Sovana opposite the castle. Nice book shop on site. If you buy a book you get a 2E pp discount (i.e. your admission back).

Do visit if you are near Sovano, only a very short walk from the centre. Opening hours are restricted - we visited at 15:00. Lovely wall art and windows.
There are some fascinating carvings around the main entrance, inside and in places on the external walls. Inside it is quiet and peaceful.
