Sweet & Spicy Gili Cooking School旅游景点攻略

在印尼已经旅行了两个多礼拜了，总体还是很喜欢印尼菜的口味，所以在Ego吃早餐的时候看到了他们的广告就报名了这个烹饪课～每天开两场，下午1点和7点，旺季会开三场。我报名的是晚上7点的～需要提前预定和付至少一半的定金哦～ 做了前菜，沙拉，两道主菜，鱼和甜点。感觉这里酱汁的做法和配方是和国内不一样的，很有自己的当地特色，而且很适合中国胃！最喜欢的是Ayam(鸡肉)Trawangan，自创的酱料和鸡肉配大米饭，这个酱料真是灵魂酱料了，配饭简直了！感觉可以回去开个店了哈哈哈～ 整个课分为三部分进行，先是前菜，沙拉和甜点。之后是一道主菜，这里的特色酱料配饭（这道菜在菜单上也有卖的），最后会做炒面和鱼。在每一部分结束之后都可以去沙滩上享用自己的美食成果～课程结束之后主厨还会把配方发到Email邮箱里给你，所以回家以后也可以做啦～而且原材料比起西餐来说都相对挺好准备的～都是一些家常的原材料～所以如果是在T岛有住宿和时间的小伙伴是很值得尝试的！ My chef Jerry is a nice and funny guy,his jokes and patient made the cooking class had so much fun. Totally we made 7 kinds of dishes,my favorite is Ayam Trawangan-chicken with sweet&spicy sauce served with steamed rice. It tastes so delicious with rice!!! And also the ingredients are easy to prepare so definitely I will cook it for my family and friends to try the Indonesian food.And the dessert green balls(sorry I forgot the name,poor memories) tastes also very good! And after you cook some dishes,you can have a rest then enjoy them on the beach. Because I was going alone,the food is too much for me and I don’t like to waste.So they helped me to take away. They will send you the receipts to your email after the class,so don’t worry,just enjoy the entire process~ In general,it’s a highlight and worth for the money,recommend!!!
