Playa Palo Seco is out of the way coming from Parrita to Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
This is a remote place in terms of the number of tourists. The beach is always almost empty and is best for a quiet alone time. Sunsets are amazing.
beautiful, mostly private, beach with a fun break for boogie boarding. Also, a great place to watch the most beautiful, over water, sunsets. It is a bumpy road to get to, but once there, a lovely beach.
This one requires a rental car to get to, as it's a roughly 45 minute drive from Quepos and includes about 15-20 minutes down an isolated gravel road. We were 2 of only 4-5 people on the entire stretch of beach. There are little parking...更多
Stayed for three nights in a hotel, we had the beach with almost no one else there most of the time (except for the weekend when some locals hang around too).
Did feel safe enough by CR beach standards but do mind the rip tides
This beach is spectacular! Long stretches of empty beach lined with palm trees. No need to stop at the picnic spot, just wander along beach as far as you like. The waves are quite big and there is a strong undertow so really only suitable...更多
