In general a nice trip and I love their introduction of all fishes, the price is also acceptable.
During transfer bus, they record all passenger names in order to generate a diving certificate for each. In the end I found my name on the certificate is spelled wrong.I request them to reprint it.
First they say it is my mistake , then they say it is their mistake and sorry, then printing machine doesn’t work so they create a manual one by pen. Then I smiled and asked : Is it possible to generate a new one while electricity is back and just leave in my hotel reception so I can pick up.(Their bus driver drive to our hotel almost everyday ) Then they declined and said you have to come here to pick up by yourself. Supervising, they also emphasized this is a gift so you should not ask more, their manager said “manual one is more valuable “ and she pushed me away: “ The transport bus is going to leave, so you have to decide if you accept this solution” . Finally I have to accept it and go on the bus.
I would suggest them to consider from customer side if possible. There is large space to improve as service minded.
这段旅程还是比较不错的,讲解有趣仔细,而且下雨还给每个人递伞,只是后期出现一个小失误后他们处理的态度让我非常失望和无法理解。
