We tried to get to Crane beach but car parking appeared a nightmare so we headed for the nearby Foul Bay beach. Access was via a narrow but acceptable little road with plenty of parking. Only 3/4 cars there and I suspect some were locals. This is a really lovely scenic beach and the scenery reminds me a bit of... 更多
We've been here on the last two visits to Barbados - both for family picnics. It's a long, white sandy beach, with picturesque views and it's very quiet. On both occasions there have only been a handful of other people on the beach. You can drive up close to the sand, so you can have hot food on the beach,... 更多
We had a great cool breezy afternoon at the bay..not a good place to swim...too strong a surf..but great to relax and enjoy when the weather is hot..watched as spear fishermen brought there catch out...Rainbow fish are beautiful!!
In my opinion this beach is absolutely beautiful, I think you would have to be a Olympic swimmer to survive the water, but we enjoyed a lovely walk and took lots of photos.
The beach is great - need to be caution as the day we went the waves coming in could knock you down . We explored the entire length of the beach as well as along the cliffs with rock formations and caves and saw Hugh crabs that we tried to catch. What's nice is that the beach during the week... 更多
An almost deserted beach on the south east side of the island. Great for a picnic, or just wandering as the beach is over 1.5 kilometres long
Foul Bay is a quiet beach away from the business of Bridgetown. The surf can be active - rough so if you do plan on swimming just be really careful and watch out for the break as you get into and out of the water. Shaded areas allow you to get out of the sun. No chair rentals when we... 更多
Having family who lives walking distance from here is a great advantage for me. I walked here during my last visit and enjoyed every moment of it. The beach is superb! The only thing is that since it is along the east coast - Atlantic Ocean, it's pretty rough, but the view is out of this world.
We stopped here as part of our island tour. You drive down this unpaved road to get to this remote looking beach. Very scenic and private. Great views and felt like we were off the beaten path as no one else was on this beach.
