We took the hands-on cooking class and it was one of our best experiences in New Orleans. The chef was funny, energetic and de-mystified Creole cooking! It was interesting to learn about the culture as well as the food. The meal turned out excellent and the atmosphere and conviviality all added to the experience. The shop has interesting things for... 更多
This was a delightful experience. The chef was so enjoyable and funny. Actually all the women interacted and added to the class. Learned quite a bit of history about Creole and Cajun cooking. I would definitely book another class. Brandi
We did it all. Prepped, cooked and ate typical cajun food. Instructor was fun. Learned a lot. Was very worth it. Great couples expeerience
No doubt, the food we watched being prepared was delicious, but it was Lynn, and her assistants, that made the experience terrific. We loved this cooking school! The chefs were so much fun and knowledgeable. Recipes really great! Can't wait to try when I get home!
My husband and I took the class where food was prepared by the instructor. This class was so informative and the food was superb. We learned so much about New Orleans as well as how to prepare some of the popular dishes. The portions of food were meal sized and the variety was more than we expected. Treat yourselves to... 更多
Located in the French Quarter, this cooking school/shop offers a variety of cooking demonstrations and hands-on cooking lessons. My daughters and I spent a great morning learning not only about Louisiana food, but also about the history of New Orleans and the difference between Cajun and Creole cooking. The instructor was not only knowledgeable, but also funny and full of... 更多

We didn't know them, but by the end of the class, we were like old friends. We cooked jambalaya, ettouffe, and pecan... 更多
