A very nice, large temple dedicated to Goddess Rajeshwari in the heart of Alleppey, very close to the jutty.
The goddess idol is extremely pretty and can have an extremely good & clear view of the same.

We visited this temple during the annual festival. Every one should visit this temple whenever in Alleppey. There are some restrictions for Non-hindus and Foreigners. There is an elephant belonging to temple. Very huge tusker but well behaved one
We were fortunate to be able to visit these temples during the annual 10 day temple festival.
Though there were huge crowds everybody was calm and patient. There was disciplined movement of people so that we could all enjoy being there during the festivities.
