This is a lesser known battlefield, easy to access and explore. It's well marked and nearly true to original condition making it one of the better places to visualize the maneuvers. You can cover it well in a couple hours. There's also a historic society...更多
The walking trail for this battlefield is a little over a mile in length with 6 or 7 really good wayside markers, with one of the markers identifying the location of General Winder's mortal wounding.
