4 miles drive and lots of walks, including a well hidden pond full of burds. Storks nest in the spring; ducks and spoonbills come in the winter; and we saw snakes and one oppossum. Not big but excellent and within 2 hours from Hilton head....更多

Anytime I am passing through the east coast of GA, I feel a need to stop here. I love the tour route and getting lost in nature for awhile. There are always birds present and usually many alligators.
I had a wonderful time taking pictures of birds and alligators. I was able to drive through and stop as needed to take photos. This place is so serene and peaceful.
