It's hard to miss this brick tower in the heart of old Baltimore, but the history of making shot is the most interesting part. Tours are not available during re-construction, but you can walk or drive by or see it on the Baltimore Trolley tour.
So to visit you must go to the Carrol House and buy a ticket there. Tours are available only at 1600 on Sat and Sun.
