This is a really great place if you like submarines. But warning: You can spend a lot of time here. There's much to see and much more to read. Kids will enjoy it but they won't want to spend the time to read about submarine history. Everyone will enjoy looking through the periscope and seeing the entire waterfront. Wonderful experience.
Great for those that interested in subs and the sub service. Great location in the center of St. Marys at the waterfront. Good starting point for visiting our area. Very well maintained.
Very nice collection of submarine memorabilia - We learned a lot and enjoyed ourselves. There were several submarine vets there and this made it even better for us. There were boxes of tissues scattered through out the museum and we saw some of them being used. It was touching and memorable.
We were very excited to visit this museum as part of our trip to St. Mary’s, but it was a colossal disappointment. I’m not sure how they even get away with calling themselves a museum. It’s more like a hodgepodge collection of a little bit of World War II memorabilia and a few other things thrown in. If you have... 更多
You can get through this museum in under an hour. The best part is the video on the second floor. For some reason, we thought we would be more informed about submarines after leaving here. It's a collection of memorabilia!
This is a very nice museum with a large number of artifacts and information on submarines. It's not large but has much for its size. They also have a video to watch that was very interesting. It's not expensive, and offers a military discount. Our total was $9. I think it's $5 per adult otherwise.
Wold be much better if the museum was in an area where they also had an also had an old sub you could board and see up close and personal the way they to at Battleship Cove in Massachuesetts
