My fiancée and I attended this Luau on May 12, 2017 for her birthday. We found this Luau provided more historical information about the Hawaiian islands while being wonderfully entering. We rate this Luau fifty percent better than the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, Hi.
I'm sorry, I know these type of things are targeting tourists but this is the most touristy, inauthentic cultural thing I've experienced in my time of travelling so far. The markets they make you go to before the show starts, the obligatory photos you pose for as you walk in, the venue oh and let's not forget the food- macaroni... 更多
Aloha, We truly apologize that the luau did not meet your expectations. The fire dancing is a big highlight of... 更多
Beautiful setting, food was delicious, open bar and vendors on the grounds to visit before the program starts. The unveiling of the pig was great to watch! Food and deserts were delicious and all you can eat with lots of choices. Great Hawaiian dancing and singing during dining, and the Luau show after was a beautiful historically based story, about... 更多
The show is king at this luau, done right in the middle of the dinner hall. While they didn't have the biggest selection of food, everything thing they had is cooked very well. First luau I've been to that didn't offer beef in the dinner line. All in all a good night. Get the train add on.
This was the first time we went to a Luau and it was amazing. Great food, intriguing story, good drinks. We plan on attending another Luau there when we go back to Kauai with our kids!
Choose Kalamaku ! What I loved about this luau is that it was different than others. They told a story throughout the whole production rather than featuring different dances from multiple areas. Food was nothing spectacular but still good.
Overall good and worth the money. It was fairly good food, LOVED the chicken. The food, vendor and open bar really helped. The ambiance was great. The show performers were phenomenal. But....it was a show. I would call it more of a Hawaiin opera that told a story. So they lost a star for that. But the actual show was... 更多
GET THE UPGRADED SEATS - It's worth it. Food - very good, very filling. Veg options. Fish, Chicken and of course Pork. Drinks - Mai Tais, Blue Hawaiians, Mixed, Beer and Wine.... they don't fool around with their pouring either. Performance - Storylike, Very Professional, high tech, live band, well choreographed, enchanting Vendors - lots of vendors onsite prior to... 更多
Exceptional in every way! Our first Luau. We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary and they were excited to celebrate it with us! The music provided by the band was wonderful! We enjoyed the other couples at our table! The Imu Ceremony should not be missed. The food and blue hawaiians were amazing! When the Luau started you were... 更多
Not sure if the regular Luau is different but we went off the POA while in port. It's just a 10 minute ride up the street on nice motor coaches. This is about where nice ended. After standing in a long line to check in, it was really about them getting your photo taken so they could sell you pictures.... 更多
