Bring a good camera! I've been to this area over a dozen times and it never gets old. Just breathtaking!!! We hiked up Cascade Canyon and saw a bull moose. Will leave you speechless. You should plan to stay a week!
We crossed into the park from Yellowstone, so hard act to follow, but the Tetons pulled it off. So much wildlife. We saw a grizzly bear. Had a moose right on the side of the road, and a wolf crossed right in front of us. The mountains are just glorious, you will never be the same.
An exceptional place to visit any time of year. If you're traveling through Yellowstone, it's worth venturing out to see the iconic Tetons. I prefer the early morning as the sunrise lights the mountains up in oranges and purples.
Our family drove down from Yellowstone and could not believe the beautiful views everywhere we looked in the Teton National Forest. We stopped at Jenny Lake and enjoyed dipping our toes in the lake. Driving around the loop, we saw an elk grazing alongside the road. It was just stunningly beautiful there!
