This visitor center has a good selection of books, as well as impressive educational displays (including examples of hiking gear attacked by bears), as well as helpful and informative rangers who can provide maps for the area.
This is a nice pit stop to stretch and know about the surrounding areas. the rangers conduct tours every few hours. Has information about the trails.
This is a good place to stop and stretch when crossing North Cascades Pass. The visitors center, itself, is pretty basic, with a boring display and crappy souvenirs, but a store across the way is an interesting browse and a has good line of snacks....更多
This visitor center is in a park like setting. There is an old train the kids ( and adults ) can climb on, plenty of room to run around, walk the dog. There are some picnic tables to have lunch at or just to take...更多

Really enjoyed the little trail there. It took through the ancient cedars and explained them all. The snack bar had great hot dogs!
